Always Up! is a productivity app made by ACApplications, LLC. It provides an AI chat assistant for questions, writing, analysis and other user requests.
What this policy covers
This policy covers Always Up! conversations, optional accounts, selected chat settings, app diagnostics, analytics and purchases.
What the app collects
Always Up! handles information that you choose to provide, including:
- Prompts, messages and instructions you submit.
- Chat-mode choices and other settings needed to provide the conversation you request.
- Subscription and purchase state.
You do not need an account to use Always Up!. If you create one, ACApplications stores the name, email address and authentication credentials you provide. Account information is retained for as long as the account is active.
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash and diagnostic data. Google Analytics for Firebase collects analytics data. Always Up! collects a push notification token to deliver notifications.
How it is used
Always Up! uses your chat content and selected settings to generate and present an AI response. Account information is used to authenticate an optional account. Chat content is stored on ACApplications servers so it can sync across your devices.
Crash and diagnostic data help ACApplications find and fix app problems. Analytics data helps ACApplications understand how the app is used. Data in transit is protected by SSL encryption.
Who it is shared with
ACApplications anonymizes the chat content needed to answer your request before sending it to third-party AI providers. Depending on the requested response, that content is processed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek. Each provider is subject to its own privacy policy.
Content sent to an AI provider is used to generate a response. ACApplications does not retain that content for training.
Firebase Crashlytics receives crash and diagnostic data. Google Analytics for Firebase receives analytics data. RevenueCat receives information needed to manage subscriptions and purchase state.
ACApplications does not sell your personal information. Your information is not used for advertising.
Purchases
Always Up! is free to download and offers in-app purchases. Apple handles payment processing, and Apple's terms apply. RevenueCat manages subscription and purchase state.
Children
Always Up! is not directed at anyone under 13. ACApplications does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If ACApplications learns that it has collected such information, it deletes it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes their child provided personal information can contact support.
Your choices
You decide what to include in a chat. You do not need an account to use the app. You can manage purchases through Apple. You can contact support to ask about deletion of account information.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change when Always Up! or its data practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
