What this policy covers
This policy covers SUPPsnap supplement-label photos, goals, instructions, mixes, macro entries, optional accounts, app diagnostics, analytics and purchases.
What the app collects
SUPPsnap handles information that you choose to provide, including:
- Photos of supplement labels or containers.
- Supplements you scan or enter.
- Goals and instructions you provide for an analysis or mix.
- Macro entries and other tracking information you enter.
- Subscription and purchase state.
You do not need an account to use SUPPsnap. If you create one, ACApplications stores the name, email address and authentication credentials you provide. Account information is retained for as long as the account is active.
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash and diagnostic data. Google Analytics for Firebase collects analytics data. SUPPsnap collects a push notification token to deliver notifications.
How it is used
SUPPsnap uses submitted content to analyze a supplement, explain ingredients, compare a supplement with goals you provide, create mixes and provide macro-tracking features. Account information is used to authenticate an optional account.
Crash and diagnostic data help ACApplications find and fix app problems. Analytics data helps ACApplications understand how the app is used. Data in transit is protected by SSL encryption.
Who it is shared with
ACApplications anonymizes the supplement-label photo, goals and instructions needed to answer your request before sending them to third-party AI providers. Depending on the requested result, that content is processed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek. Each provider is subject to its own privacy policy.
Content sent to an AI provider is used to generate a response. ACApplications does not retain that content for training.
Firebase Crashlytics receives crash and diagnostic data. Google Analytics for Firebase receives analytics data. RevenueCat receives information needed to manage subscriptions and purchase state.
ACApplications does not sell your personal information. Your information is not used for advertising.
Camera, photos and microphone
SUPPsnap does not store submitted supplement-label or container photos on ACApplications servers. When you choose to submit a photo, it is sent only to read the label and produce the analysis or mix you requested.
SUPPsnap accesses the camera or photo library only when you choose to capture or select an image and grant the corresponding iOS permission.
Purchases
SUPPsnap is free to download and offers in-app purchases. Apple handles payment processing, and Apple's terms apply. RevenueCat manages subscription and purchase state.
Children
SUPPsnap is not directed at anyone under 13. ACApplications does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If ACApplications learns that it has collected such information, it deletes it promptly. A parent or guardian who believes their child provided personal information can contact support.
Your choices
You decide whether to use the camera and what photos, goals, supplements and macro information to submit. You can manage camera and photo permissions through iOS and purchases through Apple. You can contact support to ask about deletion of account information.

This policy may change when SUPPsnap or its data practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
